We look forward to Anna Gumi’s Gourmet Brunch to be held in the green setting of Locanda Sandi’s veranda.
The Brunch includes:
- Artisan bread, savory whipped butter and jams.
- Sweet dish
- Savory dish
- Anna Gumirato dessert buffet
- Dried pastries
Dishes will be accompanied by coffee, fruit juices and Villa Sandi wines.
ANNA GUMIRATO
Anna Gumirato, born in Treviso in ’95, after graduating in Dentistry crowned her dream and graduated in Pastry Making working as an intern at Giancarlo Perbellini’s in Verona.
She has taken several courses over the years with top pastry names such as Iginio Massari and Cedric Grolet.
She now works mainly as a dentist and keeps her passion for pastry alive by organizing brunches around the Veneto region and curating her Instagram profile as food blogger @anna.gumi.

Planned dishes: seasonal appetizers, fresh filled pasta or risotto, and tiramisu.

The experience will start with the visit at Villa Sandi which includes a visit to the secular underground galleries, the barriques, the wonderful Palladian-style villa and a final toast.
Guests will participate in a cooking class signed by Villa Sandi in the elegant restaurant of Locanda Sandi set in the enchanting hilly scenery of Valdobbiadene.
The cooking class will be held by a professional chef who will offer participants the opportunity to learn how to prepare traditional Italian dishes.
At the end of the lesson, a lunch consisting of dishes prepared by the participants and meat from our fireplace.
